VoidAnime provides a platform for anime and manga enthusiasts to:

Discover new titles through AI-powered recommendations, mood-based matching, and community-curated lists.
Engage with the community through reviews, ratings, taste comparisons, quizzes, and discussion features.
Access visual search tools including scene identification via trace.moe integration.
Generate personalized year-in-review reports and tier rankings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use VoidAnime. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to:

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

Copyright & DMCA

VoidAnime respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that material available on our platform infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.

Third-Party Content and Services

VoidAnime integrates with third-party APIs and services including AniList API, Jikan API, and trace.moe. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data obtained from these third parties. All third-party content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Data from third-party APIs will always be available or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidAnime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
